Instructions for saving Pullwalla logs

  1. Start the "Console" app. The easiest way is to use Spotlight and search for "Console".
  2. In Console, ensure your computer is selected under 'Devices' in the left sidebar.
  3. Select `All Messages` in the tab bar.
  4. If the `Activities` toolbar button is highlighted blue, click it to turn it off.
  5. In the `Action` menu, make sure `Include Info Messages` and `Include Debug Messages` are checked.
  6. In the "Search" bar in the upper right corner of the app, paste or type in:
    process:Pullwalla
  7. Press Enter
  8. Restart Pullwalla now. If possible, see if you can reproduce the problem.
  9. There should now be a long list of Pullwalla log entries. Screenshot of Console window with examples of logs.
  10. Select all the logs by selecting `Edit -> Select All` from the menu or typing `⌘A`.
  11. Choose `Edit -> Copy` or hit `⌘C` to copy the logs.
  12. Open the TextEdit application or other text editor and paste the copied logs into a new plain .txt document.
  13. Email us at pullwalla@uptechstudio.com and attach the document you just saved.
